IRIM Robotics Seminar—Siddhartha Srinivasa

The Institute for Robotics and Intelligent Machines presents a seminar by Siddhartha Srinivasa of the University of Washington. The event will be held in the TSRB Banquet Hall from 12:15-1:15 p.m. and is open to the public.

Bio

Siddhartha Srinivasa is an associate professor in the Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. He founded the Personal Robotics Lab, leads the Mobility and Manipulation Thrust at the Quality of Life NSF ERC, and co-directs the Manipulation Lab at CMU. 

Srinivasa's research focuses on developing perception, planning, and learning algorithms that enable robots to accomplish useful manipulation tasks in dynamic and cluttered indoor environments.
